Be mindful of your thoughts! Have you ever noticed that what you set your mind on becomes an intention? Have you noticed that we tend to berate ourselves with our thoughts? We tend to project what we think others are thinking or saying about us onto ourselves, thus believing lies. Let’s be intentional with our thoughts. Believing only things we KNOW to be true of ourselves & more importantly who/what God says we are.

“And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.” Philippians‬ ‭4:8‬
