Hey y’all heyyy… I’m Deidre Dashay!
I’m a mother to my four beautiful daughters: J’leah, Miyah, Aiyanah, and Zarreah. They have shaped me, stretched me, and taught me that love, faith, joy, grace, and hope are the anchors that carry us through every season.
I’m a retired worship leader, a writer, and a woman committed to living authentically and healing out loud.
Through my past work with Charlotte Lately and Mind Blowing Magazine, I had the honor of telling the stories of others. Highlighting their journeys, their voices, and their impact. That season taught me the power of narrative and the beauty of being seen.
Now, I find myself in a different chapter. One where I’m sharing my own story through this space. I write from a place of honesty and growth, hoping my words make someone else feel seen, understood, and encouraged to keep going.
My heart is to create spaces and resources rooted in intention, creativity, and purpose…
bringing to life what I feel called to build for others in this next chapter.
More than anything, I’m learning to live a life aligned… with God, with truth, and with the woman I’m continuing to become.
